We want you to be fully satisfied with your 18 East purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
